We want you to love your ROLiK gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns work for both Australian and international customers.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
Unworn and unused
Unwashed
In original condition
Tags attached Proof of purchase provided
To start a return, email us at ride@rolik.com.au.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

AUSTRALIA RETURNS
Return Shipping
Return shipping within Australia is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges (Australia)
Exchanges are available for Australian customers.
Simply return your item, and once received, we can arrange an exchange or advise next steps.
USA & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Return Shipping
International return shipping is paid by the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service.
Exchanges (USA/International)
We do not offer direct exchanges for international customers.
Please return the item for a refund, then place a new order in the size or style you want.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Used or damaged items
Sale/clearance items
Gift cards
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately at ride@rolik.com.au with photos and your order number.
We’ll fix it quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow:
3–5 business days for us to process
Plus your bank/credit provider’s processing time
If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact us at ride@rolik.com.au.
European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must meet the standard eligibility requirements above.
