ROLiK Shipping Policy

At ROLiK, we aim to get your gear delivered quickly and safely, whether you’re in Australia or overseas. Below is an overview of our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and international rules.

Processing Times

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer standard and express delivery options at checkout through Australia Post or another trusted courier.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard: 2–6 business days

Express: 1–3 business days (location dependent)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and any free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout and may vary based on promotions or seasonal changes.

Tracking is included for all domestic orders.

USA Shipping

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery for USA orders is 7–21 business days, depending on location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates to the USA (including any free-shipping thresholds) are shown at checkout and may change during promotions or special events.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Most orders under $800 USD enter the USA duty-free.
Larger orders may be subject to import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

All USA orders include end-to-end tracking (Australia Post → USPS).

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched, and incorrect addresses may result in additional delivery charges.
